completely FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) solution – no
license fee needed.
The system
developed on assumption it will be working on mix environment
(windows desktop, linux desktop, mac desktop, etc)
The system
will be an integrated system built on Operating System Linux, and
many FOSS – integrated here means, they can work and support each
other seamlessly. For example, LDAP system
can be used as centralized authentication for mail server/file
server/proxy server, chat server and of course for clients to logon
to domain (domain here means like
Microsoft domain – not dns domain)
The system
developed with scalability in mind – means it doesn’t necessary
to build this system in a single server, in fact, it is more
recommend to separate each function as much as possible into
different servers.
